>> 针对S2受签证影响无法赶上课程的后续操作指引

• S2大部分课程的开课时间为7月29日，如果已经enroll的学生截止8月9日还未获签，大学会取消学生的COE、并suspend课程到下一个intake

• 如果学生预计无法赶上S2入读，可以选择以下option

• 如果学生已经完成enroll，可以在Student Portal中申请suspend，同时上传“递签信”以及“Student Declaration Form”解释delay的原因

• 延期需要5-10个工作日，批准后COE会被取消；后续学生收到更新的COE后需要及时上传DHA

• 在7月29日之前申请suspend，可以将deposit 100%转移到下个intake；如果7月29日及之后申请延期，后续申请withdraw，正常需要扣除50%的费用；如果学生希望换的100%的refund，需要：census date之前discountinue；提供签证延误的证明；提供签证withdraw的证明

• 如果学生还未完成enroll，可以邮件申请defer；批准后学生COE会被取消，需要完成accept后才会issue新的COE；收到后学生需要第一时间上传DHA

• 如果学生已经完成enroll希望discountinue，可以在Student Portal中申请，大学收到后会取消COE；一旦申请discountinue，需要即可withdraw签证申请
